摘要
“一带一路”稳步推进过程中,标准联通扮演关键支撑作用。标准联通是政府部门、企业、标准化组织、研究型组织等多元主体共同参与的复杂系统过程,然而现有研究对各主体的参与途径、地位及他们间的协同关系探讨不足。本文采用文本分析方法,首先从文献中识别标准推动“一带一路”互联互通的参与主体及其主要途径,然后分析各类主体的地位和作用,进而总结出主体间的协同关系。
Standard connectivity plays a key supporting role in the steady progress of the "the Belt and Road". Standard connectivity is a complex system process in which multiple subjects such as government departments, enterprises,standardization organizations and research organizations participate together. However, the existing research on their participation ways and status, and the collaborative relationship among them is insufficient.Adopting the text analysis method, this paper firstly identifies the subjects and their main ways to promote the “Belt and Road” standards connectivity, then analyzes their status and roles, and summarizes the synergistic relationship among them.
