摘要
目前,我国水环境监测质量和效果虽然大幅提升,但仍然存在各种各样的问题,需要有关部门针对性地采取加强观念、优化机制、引进技术、充分掌控等措施,对各个环节都不可以松懈,只有这样,才可以有效提高质量管理工作水平,为建设生态文明作出重要贡献。
At present,China’s water environment monitoring has made a lot of progress in quality,but there are still various problems.Relevant departments need to strengthen the concept,optimize the mechanism,introduce technology,fully control and other measures,and can not relax in all links.Only in this way can we effectively improve the level of quality management and make important contributions to the construction of ecological civilization.
