柑橘类水果中肌醇的气相色谱定量分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:建立气相色谱法检测柑橘类水果中肌醇的定量分析方法。方法:柑橘类水果中的肌醇用10%(v/v)水和乙醇混合液提取后,与硅烷化试剂衍生,用正己烷提取,经气相色谱分离,用氢火焰离子检测器检测,外标法定量。结果:肌醇衍生物在0~200μg/mL范围内线性关系优异(r^(2)=1.0000),检出限为0.50 mg/100 g,定量限为1.50 mg/100 g。回收率为94%~104%,相对标准偏差为4%(n=3)。结论:该方法准确可靠、操作简便、重现性好、普适性高,可适用于柑橘类水果中肌醇的定量分析。 Objective:To establish a quantitative analysis method for determination of inositol in citrus fruits by gas chromatography.Methods:Inositol in citrus fruits was extracted with 10%(v/v)water and ethanol mixture,derivatized with silylation reagent,extracted with n-hexane,separated by gas chromatography,detected by hydrogen flame ion detector and quantified by external standard method.Results:The inositol derivative had an excellent linear relationship in range of 0~200μg/mL(r^(2)=1.0000).The limit of detection was 0.50 mg/100 g and the limit of quantitation was 1.50 mg/100 g.The average recoveries were 94%~104%,and the relative standard deviation was 4%(n=3).Conclusion:The method has high accuracy,reliability,reproducible and universal,which can be used for the quantitative analysis of inositol in various citrus fruits.
