超声相控阵在模压可燃药筒粘接检测中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 针对模压可燃药筒硝化棉筒体和钢底座在粘接区域面出现气孔、夹渣、脱粘等影响粘接稳定性和牢靠性的失效形式,比较超声、涡流、红外、射线等检查方式的优缺点,结合仿真结果和实际工况,最终选用超声相控阵纵波直入法对筒体和钢底座在粘接区域进行线性扫查,通过人为制造不同大小的缺陷,运用A/S/C等不同显示模式对粘接缺陷进行了定性和定量的分析与描述,检测结果表明超声相控阵检测技术对于钢底座和硝化棉筒体胶接形成的粘接区域有可靠的技术优势,能够满足较小脱粘缺陷的辨识和检出^([1])。 For the molded combustible cartridge,nitrocellulose cylinder and steel base,the failure forms such as porosity,slag inclusion,and debonding on the bonding area will affect the bonding stability and reliability.Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of ultrasonic,eddy current,infrared and ray inspection methods,combined with the simulation results and actual working conditions,the ultrasonic phased array vertical wave penetration method is finally determined for a linear scan of the bonding area between the cylinder and the steel base.Through artificial defects of different sizes,the bonding defects are analyzed and described qualitatively and quantitatively by using A/S/C and other different display modes.The testing results show that the ultrasonic phased array testing technology has reliable technical advantages for the bonding area formed by the gluing of the steel base and nitrocellulose cylinder,and it can satisfy the identification and detection of small debonding defects.
