摘要
在油耗优化过程中,标定工程师对于EMS控制系统参数的优化往往参考NEDC或者WLTC循环测试结果调整控制参数,本文研究了蓄电池初始电压的不同会导致即使EMS控制系统在相同控制参数下的油耗测试结果仍然误差在0.2L/KM左右,这样的散差对于某一标定参数的优化是否对油耗有利会造成混淆,所以规范边界条件是一个必要的开端。
In the process of fuel consumption optimization,calibration engineers often refer to the NEDC or WLTC cycle test results to adjust the control parameters for the optimization of EMS control system parameters.This paper studies the diff erence in initial battery voltage which will lead to the fuel consumption of the EMS control system even under the same control parameters.The error of the test results is still about 0.2L/KM.Such dispersion will confuse whether the optimization of a certain calibration parameter is benefi cial to fuel consumption,so the specifi cation of boundary conditions is a necessary start.
