摘要
针对现有多彩幼儿绘本涂料留白液使用后难以剥离,容易造成水彩笔损伤的问题,制备一种新型剥离剂,并分析了乳液性能的影响因素,得到乳化剂的最佳配比。结果表明,80℃条件下,采用300r·min^(-1)乳化Span80和O-20混合乳化剂20min,得到HLB为10.5的乳液固含量和平均粒径分别为25%和0.2886μm,具有良好的稳定性和流动性。
In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to peel off the existing multi-color children’s picture books and easy to damage the watercolor pen, a new stripping agent was prepared. The results showed that the compound emulsifier with HLB is 10.5 was prepared with Span80 and O-20. When the emulsifier dosage was 6%,the preparation temperature was 80℃, the emulsifying speed was 300r·min^(-1), the emulsifying time was 20min, and the times of adding hot water were 3 times, the solid content and average particle size of the emulsion prepared under this condition are 25% and 0.2886μm, respectively. The emulsion has good stability and fluidity.
