摘要
运用已有的微带线不连续性等效电路模型及理论,将由阻抗不同传输线互联而成的阶梯跳变、直角拐角以及T型接头等视为一个单元子网来处理,首先由已有等效电路模型提取单元子网的S参数,然后依据连接散射矩阵方法,运用Matlab软件开发了S参量分析软件。经实例验证发现,所开发软件的计算结果与IE3D数值分析软件计算结果吻合良好,有效克服了传统多端口互联网络S参量计算要求满足互联传输线特性阻抗相等的局限性。
Using the existing discontinuous equivalent circuit model and theory of microstrip line,the step,right-angle bends,T-junctions of the different transmission lines impedances are treated as a unit subnet,and applying equivalent circuit model to obtain the scattering parameters of these unit subnet,and S parameters analysis software is developed via MATLAB and scattering matrix method.In practice,the results of the obtained software computing and IE3 D simulation are in good agreement.It overcomes the limitation of the traditional multi-port interconnection network S parameter calculation to meet the same characteristic impedance of the interconnected transmission line.
