高压氧辅助大骨瓣减压术治疗颅脑损伤患者的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究颅脑损伤用高压氧+大骨瓣减压术治疗的效果。方法:将2015年1月-2020年12月在肇庆市第一人民医院接受治疗的颅脑损伤患者80例作为主要对象,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为两组。对照组38例患者的治疗方法是大骨瓣减压术,观察组42例患者在手术的基础上增加高压氧辅助治疗,对两种治疗方案的临床疗效及治疗安全性进行比较分析。结果:观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组和对照组患者的格拉斯哥昏迷评分均高于治疗前,且观察组治疗后评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的颅内压均低于治疗前,且观察组治疗后患者的颅内压显著小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组并发症发生率高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将高压氧+大骨瓣减压术运用在颅脑损伤的治疗上的效果显著,可进一步推广。 Objective:To study the curative effect of hyperbaric oxygen+large bone flap decompression for craniocerebral injury.Method:A total of 80 patients with craniocerebral injury who received treatment in the First People’s Hospital of Zhaoqing from January 2015 to December 2020 were selected as the main subjects and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The treatment method of 38 patients in the control group was decompression of large bone flaps,and 42 patients in the observation group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen adjuvant therapy on the basis of surgery.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two treatment schemes were compared and analyzed.Result:The total clinical effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Glasgow coma scores of the observation group and the control group were higher than before treatment,and the score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the intracranial pressure of both groups was lower than that before treatment,and the intracranial pressure after treatment in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the control group was higher than that of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of hyperbaric oxygen+large bone flap decompression in the treatment of craniocerebral injury has a significant effect and can be further promoted.
