摘要
简要介绍了硫酸钙晶须的制备方法,综述了以天然石膏为原料的水热制备法、以工业副产石膏为原料的水热法和常压酸化法。其中水热法难于实现连续生产,常压酸化法虽较容易实现工业化生产,但目前仍未见有关常压酸化法规模化生产硫酸钙晶须的报道。还综述了硫酸钙晶须的改性方法及应用领域,改性方法主要有干法改性和湿法改性,改性后的硫酸钙晶须和塑料、沥青、混泥土、水泥、纸张等制备成各种复合材料,用于改善材料的性能。最后分析了其工业生产、应用中亟待解决的问题,提出了相应解决方案。
The preparation of calcium sulfate whisker(CSW)was introduced,CSW prepared from natural gypsum and industrial gypsum by hydrothermal method and atmospheric acidification method were reviewed.hydrothermal method was difficult to continuous production,while atmospheric acidification method was easier to achieve industrial production.The modification methods and application fields of CSW were also reviewed in this paper.The modification methods mainly include dry modification and wet modification.The modified CSW was prepared into various composite materials with plastics,asphalt,concrete,cement,paper and so on to improve the properties of materials.The problems of industrial production,application status and the solution were analyzed.
