摘要
目的 探究对骨关节病患者施行膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗的疗效及综合护理效果。方法 使用数字表随机分组法将2018年1月至2019年12月本院162例骨关节病患者(均施行膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗)分为对照组(81例,施行常规护理)、观察组(81例,施行综合护理)。随访1年,对比两组治疗效果、护理有效性指标(生活质量评分及护理满意度)。结果观察组总有效率(97.53%)较对照组(83.95%)高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);护理前两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),护理后两组生活质量评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组护理满意度(97.53%)较对照组(82.72%)更高,差异有统计学意义P <0.05。结论 对骨关节病患者施行膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗并配合综合护理有助于增强疗效,改善其生活质量,满意度更佳。
Objective To explore the curative effect and comprehensive nursing effect of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in patients with osteoarthritis. Methods 162 patients with osteoarthritis in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019(all underwent intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate)were divided into control group(81 patients underwent routine care)and observation group(81 cases, comprehensive nursing)using random table method. All cases were followed up for one year, the treatment effect and nursing effect index(life quality score and nursing satisfaction)were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(97.53%)was higher than that of the control group(83.95%), and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The difference in scores of quality of life between the two groups before nursing was not statistically significant(P >0.05). After nursing, the difference in scores of quality of life between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(97.53%)was higher than that of the control group(82.72%), and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in patients with osteoarthritis combined with comprehensive nursing care can enhance the curative effect, improve quality of life of patients, and improve the satisfaction of patients.
