摘要
创业对社会经济增长具有重要的推动作用,而风险承担水平的提升是新创企业得以生存和发展的关键。以446家新创企业为样本,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法,探究宏观创业生态系统环境-中观企业特征-微观个人特征三个层面对新创企业提升风险承担水平的联动效应及其路径选择。研究结果表明:单个要素并不构成新创企业高风险承担水平的必要条件,但系统网络性发挥着较普适的作用;存在3条驱动新创企业高风险承担水平的路径:多样-网络驱动型、竞合-感知驱动型、网络-时间驱动型。不同组态之间存在相互替补效应,新创企业可以结合自身优势和实际情况选择适应企业发展的驱动路径,提升企业的风险承担水平。
Entrepreneurship plays an important role in promoting social and economic growth,and the improvement of risktaking is the key to the survival and development of new ventures. This study uses a questionnaire survey of 446 new ventures,using fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis methods to explore the linkage effects of the three levels of macro entrepreneurial ecosystem environment-meso enterprise characteristics-micro personal characteristics on the increase of new ventures’ risk-taking level and its path selection. The results of the research show that a single factor does not constitute a necessary condition for the high level of risk-taking of new ventures,but the network of the system plays a more universal role;there are three paths that drive the high level of risk-taking of new ventures:diversity-network drive type,competitioncooperation-perception-driven,network-time-driven. There is a mutual substitute effect between different configurations.New ventures can combine their own advantages and actual conditions to choose a driving path that adapts to the enterprise’s development endowment,and enhance the enterprise’s risk-taking level.
