摘要
共享员工新型用工模式的出现使得闲置劳动力在供需企业之间流动,实现共享员工、劳动力供给企业、需求企业的三赢。本文分析共享员工模式对用工结构变革的重要影响,该模式的内涵以及其共享的本质。梳理共享员工模式发展中存在的问题,同时展望未来发展的情况。企业可以利用共享平台实现共享员工模式的创新,使得共享员工的用工模式突破疫情期间的特殊背景限制,走向常态化和规范化。
The emergence of the new labor mode of sharing employees makes the idle labor force flow between supply and demand enterprises, and realizes the three-win situation of sharing employees, labor supply enterprises and demand enterprises. This paper analyzes the important influence of the shared employee model on the reform of labor structure, and analyzes the connotation of the model and the essence of its sharing.sort out the problems existing in the development of the shared staff model, and look forward to the future development. Enterprises can use the sharing platform to realize the innovation of sharing employee mode, making the employment mode of employee sharing break through the special background restrictions during the epidemic period and become normal and compliance.
