摘要
目的 研究布地奈德混悬液联合特布他林治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果。方法 选取2019年6月-2021年6月天津医科大学总医院儿科收治的84例哮喘患儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组给予特布他林治疗,观察组给予布地奈德混悬液联合特布他林治,比较两组临床疗效、肺功能[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、呼气一氧化氮(FeNO)]、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、不良反应及预后情况。结果 观察组治疗有效率为97.62%,高于对照组的88.10%(P<0.05);观察组FVC、FEV1、FEV1%高于对照组,FeNO低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组EOS、IgE水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组哮喘发作频率低于对照组,发作持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 布地奈德混悬液联合特布他林治疗小儿哮喘效果确切,有助于改善患儿肺功能,降低炎性表达,改善预后发作情况,且不增加药物不良反应发生几率。
Objective To study the clinical effect of budesonide suspension combined with terbutaline in the treatment of asthma in children.Methods A total of 84 children with asthma admitted to Department of Pediatrics,General Hospital of Tianjin Medical University from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with terbutaline,and the observation group was treated with budesonide suspension combined with terbutaline.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function [forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),FEV1percentage(FEV1%),expiratory nitric oxide(FeNO)],eosinophils(EOS),immunoglobulin E(IgE),adverse reactions and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate in the observation group was 97.62%,which was higher than 88.10% in the control group(P<0.05).FVC,FEV1and FEV1% in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and FeNO was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).EOS and IgE levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P >0.05).The frequency of asthma attack in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the duration of asthma attack was shorter than that in the control group( P <0.05).Conclusion Budesonide suspension combined with terbutaline is effective in the treatment of asthma in children,which is helpful to improve lung function,reduce inflammatory expression,improve prognosis,and does not increase the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
