摘要
文章根据HJ 38—2017《固定污染源废气总烃、甲烷和非甲烷总烃的测定气相色谱法》,结合实际监测分析中遇到的问题,对气相色谱法分析尤其是填充柱法分析时的色谱柱差异、校准曲线制作、总烃峰异常、除烃空气干扰和采样容器的选择等方面进行了探讨实验。实验结果表明:不锈钢空柱更适用于总烃的测定;采用一定浓度的标气、不同的进样体积来建立校准曲线,校准曲线的相关系数相对更好;利用真空玻璃瓶采样,现场操作简单,易清洗,价格低,适用于采集环境空气和无组织排放污染源样品。
In this study,the standards for the determination of non-methane total hydrocarbons issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection in 2018 were utilized.Based on the problems encountered in actual monitoring and analysis,the gas chromatography analysis,especially the column difference,calibration curve preparation,total hydrocarbon peak abnormality,hydrocarbon removal air interference,and sampling container selection in gas chromatography analysis were discussed and tested.The results shown that the column made by stainless steel was more suitable for the determination of total hydrocarbons;the calibration curve was established with a certain concentration of standard gas and different injection volumes,and the correlation coefficient of the calibration curve was better;the utilization of vacuum glass bottles for sampling was cheap,easy to operate and easy to clean which was suitable for collecting environmental air and unorganized emission pollution source samples.
