摘要
天然气液化行业生产过程中具有高温、高压、易燃、易爆等特点,具有较高的危险性。通过思考增强现实技术(AR)在液化天然气行业的应用,在工艺操作过程、远程协助维护和操作、员工岗位及现场技能培训及知识共享等环节的应用,相信AR具有操作安全性更高、维修更便捷、员工培训更经济等优势。如果正确部署应用AR技术,应该既能保证液化天然气行业安全生产、减少污染,又能助力提升生产力,实现降本增效。
The natural gas liquefaction process has the characteristics of high temperature,high pressure,flammability,and explosion,and has high risks.Applications in the natural gas industry,such as the application of process operation,remote assistance in maintenance and operation,employee positions,on-site skills training and knowledge sharing,etc.,believe that augmented reality technology(AR) has higher operational safety,more convenient maintenance,and employee training.more economical advantages.If AR technology is deployed correctly,it should not only ensure safe production and reduce pollution in the LNG industry,but also help improve productivity and achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
