摘要
随着海洋油气田开发技术的进步,海上开发已逐步由近浅海区域油气储层转向超深水(水深>1500 m)条件下的大型天然气储层,该类储层在进行测试作业时面临井筒水合物生成沉积堵塞的风险大。以琼东南盆地松南低凸起YL区块为研究对象,建立了超深水测试期间水合物生成预测模型,可对不同初始温压、水深、天然气组分等参数下的管柱内水合物生成区域进行定量评价。利用多相流模拟软件OLGA结合二次开发建立了垂直管柱内气-固两相流模型,分析了测试期间固相产出对天然气水合物生成区域及生成总量的影响规律,发现存在固相产出的气-固两相流在流动过程中相较于纯气相流更容易产生天然气水合物,储层固相产出对水合物生成速率和生成量均有促进作用。本文研究结果可为预测及预防管柱中水合物生成,保障超深水花岗岩储层测试安全提供指导。
With the advance of development technology of offshore oil and gas fields,offshore exploration and production has gradually shifted from shallow water oil and gas reservoir to ultra-deepwater large-scale gas reservoir(water depth>1500 m),and the risk of plugging wellbore due to hydrate buildup increases during well test.This paper takes the YL block of Songnan low swell in Qiongdongnan basin as the study object to construct a hydrate buildup prediction model during ultra-deepwater well test,which can quantitatively evaluate the hydrate buildup in production string under such parameters as different initial temperature and pressure,different water depth and different gas composition.A gas-solid two-phase flow model in vertical production string is built by using the OLGA multiphase flow simulation software and the parameters of secondary development.The influence law of solid particles produced from reservoir on gas hydrate buildup distribution and total amount of gas hydrate buildup during well test is analyzed.It is found that the hydrate buildup is more occurred in the process of solid particles produced in gas-solid two-phase flow than in pure gas-phase flow,and the solid particles produced from reservoir have active influence on the buildup rate and amount of hydrate and hence shall be avoided as practical as possible.The results concluded in this study have significant guidance in prediction and prevention of hydrate buildup in production string and in safe well test of ultra-deepwater granite reservoirs.
