摘要
大营铷矿床位于桂东北栗木矿田南部,是广西新发现的首个超大型铷矿资源矿产地。在总结该矿床地质特征及相关矿床研究的基础上,认为本矿床属岩浆自变质型的蚀变花岗岩型钨锡铷矿床,岩浆的二次气—液分离作用是其最主要的成矿作用机制。通过回收铷冶炼扩大试验,查明了铷矿石通过氯化焙烧—常温水浸—浓缩结晶—萃取—中和浓缩结晶的工艺提取铷产品,获得的技术经济指标为铷浸出率86.56%、回收率84.69%。
Daying rubidium deposit is located in the south of Limu ore field in Northeast Guangxi.It is the first super large rubidium ore source newly discovered in Guangxi.On the basis of summarizing the geological characteristics of the deposit and the research of related deposits,it is considered that the deposit belongs to magmatic self metamorphic altered granite type tungsten tin rubidium deposit,and the secondary gas-liquid separation of magma is the main metallogenic mechanism.Through the expanded smelting test of recovering rubidium,it is found out that rubidium products are extracted from rubidium ore through the process of chlorination roasting,normal temperature water leaching,concentrated crystallization,extraction,neutralization,concentrated crystallization.The technical and economic indexes are 86.56%and 84.69%respectively.
