摘要
目的了解河南省医学检验实验室依法执业现状和存在问题,探讨监管对策。方法依据现行有效的法律法规及规范性文件、标准等,制定检查表,对照检查内容开展调查。结果运营中的医学检验实验室依法执业总体情况较好,但仍存在违规合作、未经批准擅自开展PCR检测项目、检验专业技术人员配备不足、未按规定开展依法执业自查等问题。结论通过对发现的问题进行分析,结合执法工作实践,提出了建议。
Objective To understand the current situation and existing problems of medical laboratory according to law practice in Henan Province,and to explore the supervision countermeasures.Methods According to the current effective laws and regulations,normative documents,standards,etc.,the checklist was formulated and the investigation was carried out.Results The overall situation of medical laboratory in operation is good,but there are still some problems,such as illegal cooperation,carrying out PCR detection items without approval,insufficient professional and technical personnel of the laboratory,and failing to carry out self-examination according to law.Conclusion Based on the analysis of the problems found and the practice of law enforcement,some suggestions are put forward.
