摘要
肝癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。常合并门静脉高压症,治疗难度较大,总体的生存率较低,且部分患者并不耐受外科手术,而内科保守治疗的效果欠佳。近年来随着支架材料的更新和介入技术的快速进展,TIPS在治疗肝癌合并门静脉高压症中取得了良好的效果。本文就TIPS在肝癌合并门静脉高压症中的应用进展做一综述。
Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumors.Portal hypertension is often complicated and difficult to treat.The overall survival rate is low.Some patients do not tolerate surgery and the effect of conservative medical treatment is poor.In recent years,with the update of stent materials and the rapid progress of interventional treatment,transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt(TIPS)has achieved good results.This article reviews the application of TIPS in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma with portal hypertension.
