摘要
目的 分析甲状腺癌诊断中TGSF(肿瘤特异性生长因子)和Tg(甲状腺球蛋白)联合检测的准确性与临床价值。方法 遴选本院2019.5~2021.5.治疗的81例甲状腺癌患者,依据肿瘤类型将其的分成混合型甲状腺癌组、甲状腺滤泡状癌组、甲状腺乳头状瘤组,各27例,同时以健康体检的27例人员为参照组,检测并对比各组患者TGSF与Tg水平。结果 混合型甲状腺癌组、甲状腺滤泡状癌组、甲状腺乳头状瘤组TGSF、Tg均显著高于参照组(P<0.05);TGSF、Tg联合检测准确性显著高于单一诊断(P<0.05)。结论 甲状腺癌的诊断中,TGSF、Tg为独立危险因素,联合检测具有较高的准确性。
Objective To analyze the accuracy and clinical value of combined detection of TGSF (tumor specific growth factor) and Tg (thyroglobulin) in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer.Methods The 81 patients with thyroid cancer treated in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021.5 were selected and divided into mixed thyroid cancer group,follicular thyroid cancer group,and papilloma thyroid group according to their tumor types,27 cases in each group,and at the same time healthy The 27 patients in the physical examination were the reference group,and the TGSF and Tg levels of the patients in each group were detected and compared.Results TGSF and Tg in the mixed thyroid cancer group,follicular thyroid carcinoma group,and papilloma thyroid group were significantly higher than the reference group(P<0.05);the combined detection accuracy of TGSF and Tg was significantly higher than the single diagnosis(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of thyroid cancer,TGSF and Tg are independent risk factors,and the combined detection has high accuracy.
