基于限流式混合直流断路器的多端柔性直流线路高敏度单端量保护 被引量:4

High-sensitivity Single-ended Protection of Multi-terminal Flexible DC Lines Based on Current-limiting Hybrid DC Circuit Breaker

摘要 多端柔性直流输电系统在继电保护方面面临的主要问题在于如何快速识别直流线路故障。阿西亚.布朗.勃法瑞有限公司(Asea Brown Boveri Ltd.,ABB)提出的极波保护原理灵敏度较低,直接应用于多端柔性直流输电系统的效果需要特别关注。因此,该文针对限流式混合直流断路器构成的边界特性,对ABB极波保护中的极波变化率进行矢量或矩阵拓展,构建极波广义变化率,并利用得到的极波变化率作为保护动作的判据。通过PSCAD/EMTDC搭建三端柔性直流输电系统,验证了改进的高敏度算法对于多端柔性直流输电系统接地故障识别的可靠性。算例表明,该极波广义变化率算法对于保护区域内的接地故障识别有较高的灵敏性和速动性,能够在0.1 ms时间尺度识别区内故障。 The main problem faced by multi-terminal flexible DC transmission systems in terms of the relay protection is how to quickly identify the DC line faults.Due to the low sensitivity of the polar wave protection which proposed by Asea Brown Boveri Ltd.(ABB),its direct application to the multi-terminal flexible DC transmission system requires special attention.Therefore,according to the boundary characteristics of the current-limiting hybrid DC circuit breakers,this article conducts the vector or matrix expansion for the polar wave change rate of in ABB polar wave protection and constructs the polar wave generalized rate of change.The obtained polar wave rate of change is obtained as the protective action criteria.The three-terminal flexible HVDC transmission system is built on the PSCAD/EMTDC,which verifies the reliability of the improved high-sensitivity algorithm for ground fault identification of the multi-terminal flexible HVDC system.The calculation example shows that the polar wave generalized rate of change algorithm is able to identify area faults in 0.1 ms time scale,having high sensitivity and quick action for the identification of ground faults in the protected area.
