摘要
为了沉淀调控系统核心业务能力,提升调控系统前台快速响应用户需求的能力,提出了大电网调控系统“薄前台、厚中台、稳后台”的发展策略。首先,将调控系统前台大部分业务功能沉淀至业务中台,前台仅保留必要的逻辑和用户交互接口,提高前台的响应速度。其次,通过研究大电网模型云、广域数据分布式流式处理和新型人机云终端等技术,构建了基于调控云架构大电网调控系统业务中台,为各级调控系统提供业务复用平台,解决了大电网一体化调度的模型按需服务、高速并行数据处理以及本地异地无差别调度等技术难题。所构建的大电网调控系统全网复用的“全、快、准”业务中台,为前台各类应用提供了有力的支撑,保障了后台数据的安全稳定。最后,给出了业务中台的具体应用场景分析和建设成果。所研发的大电网业务中台已经在多个调控中心完成示范应用,应用结果表明业务中台稳定有效。
In order to precipitate the core business capability of the power grid dispatch and control system and improve the ability of the front platform to quickly respond to users’ needs,the development strategy "To ease the front platform,strengthen the middle one,and stabilize the back one" is firstly proposed.First,by depositing most of the business functions of the front platform in the middle one with only the necessary logic and user interaction interfaces left in the front one,the response speed of the front platform is improved;Secondly,by studying the bulk power grid model cloud technology,the wide area data distributed streaming processing technology and the new man-machine cloud terminal,a business middle platform for the bulk power grid dispatch and control system based on the cloud architecture is built to provide a business reuse platform for the control systems at all levels.This solves the technical difficulties such as the model on-demand service,the high-speed parallel data processing,and the local and remote undifferentiated dispatching,etc.A "complete,fast and accurate" business middle platform for the whole network reuse of the bulk power grid is constructed,which provides a strong support for the various applications at the front desk and ensures the security and stability of the background data;Finally,the construction results of the business middle platform and its application in specific scenarios are given.The bulk power grid business middle platform proposed in this paper has completed its demonstration applications in many dispatch and control centers,indicating that the business middle platform has a stable and effective demonstration.
