基于响应面法和CFD的射流搅拌喷嘴结构设计及性能研究

摘要 放射废液经过长期贮存会析出可溶盐沉淀(多为硫酸盐),采用液体射流搅拌使沉积于罐底部的沉淀物得到充分搅动,喷嘴性能对于搅拌效果影响较大,采用响应面法对喷嘴结构进行优化设计,得到优化后的喷嘴结构参数为收缩角18°,长径比为1.6,喷嘴进出口直径比为2。优化后的喷嘴负压区域增大,且对泥浆相的清理效率得到提高,相比对照组所需的射流清理时间减少了10.4%左右。 After the long-term storage of radioactive liquid wastes,the soluble salt(mostly sulphate)would be separated out there.While adopting liquid jet stirring to fully agitate the sediment deposited on the bottom of the tank,the nozzle performance has a greater influence on the stirring effect.In this paper,the response surface methodology was adopted to optimize nozzle structure and further improve the nozzle’s performance.After the optimization,the optimized nozzle has a contraction angle of 18°,the aspect ratio of 1.6 and the nozzle inlet and outlet diameter ratio of 2 and the negative pressure area of the nozzle increases,and the cleaning efficiency of slurries can be improved and the jet cleaning time is shortened by about 10.4% compared with the control group.
