超疏水玻璃制备及其抗菌性能分析 被引量:1

摘要 为制备具超疏水功能且具有优良抗菌性的玻璃,采用气相沉积法将玻璃片表面用氨基的硅烷偶联剂处理制备端氨基玻璃,再经葡萄糖、酒石酸、银氨溶液浸泡在端氨基玻璃表面修饰1层纳米银膜增加其表面粗糙度,同时结合低表面能物质(十二烷基硫醇的乙醇溶液)修饰2 h,构造出具有超疏水和优异抗菌性的功能表面;通过电子显微镜扫描、XRD测定、接触角分析仪分析及抗菌性能试验分析来表征改性玻璃表面纳米银的负载情况、超疏水性能以及抗菌性。结果表明:超疏水抗菌玻璃表面形成了强度较高的纳米银晶体颗粒,水滴在其表面具有较大的接触角(接近165°),且超疏水和纳米银的协同抗菌效果显著,具备优异的抗菌性能;纳米银膜层具有良好的稳定性,通过气相沉积法在玻璃表面构造纳米银膜,结合低表面能物质修饰制备的超疏水玻璃拥有良好且稳定的超疏水和抗菌性能。 In order to prepare glass with superhydrophobic feature and excellent antibacterial property,the surface of glass sheet was treated with amino silane coupling agent by vapor deposition to prepare amino-terminated glass.Then,the surface of amino-terminated glass was modified by dextrose,tartaric acid and silver ammonia solution to increase its surface roughness.Furthermore,it was modified by low surface energy substance(ethanol solution of dodecyl mercaptan)for 2 hours to construct a functional surface with super hydrophobic and excellent antibacterial properties.The loading of nano-silver on the surface of modified glass,superhydrophobic property and antibacterial property were characterized by scanning electron microscope,XRD measurement,contact angle analyzer and antibacterial property test analysis.The results show the antibacterial antibacterial glass had high strength nano-silver crystal particles on its surface,and the water droplets had a large contact angle(close to 165)on its surface.The synergistic antibacterial effect of super-hydrophobic and nano-silver was remarkable,with excellent antibacterial performance.Nano-silver film had a good stability.The superhydrophobic glass prepared by nano-silver film on the surface of glass by vapor deposition and modified by low surface energy substances has good and stable antibacterial and antibacterial properties.
