摘要
针对地表变形对盾构施工和周围建筑物、管线安全的影响,以合肥地铁1号线三期工程隧道盾构施工为研究背景,利用有限元软件Midas-Gts对盾构隧道掘进施工全过程进行数值模拟,并对同步注浆、土仓压力、推进速度、出渣量4个方面进行了管控对策分析。结果表明:盾构周围的土体沉降是渐变的,不同时间沉降量不同,距轴线越近的地方沉降量越大;随着时间推移,沉降量逐渐增加。
In view of the impact of surface deformation on shield tunnel construction and the safety of surrounding buildings and pipelines,taking the shield tunnel construction of The Third Phase of Hefei Metro Line 1 as the research background,the finite element software Midas-Gts was used to numerically simulate the whole process of shield tunnel boring construction,and the control countermeasures were analyzed in four aspects:synchronous grouting,soil warehouse pressure,propulsion speed and slag discharge.The results show that the sedimentation of the soil around the shield tunnel is gradual,and the sedimentation is different at different times,and the settlement amount is greater the closer to the axis,and the sedimentation gradually increases with the passage of time.
