摘要 目的探究Diode激光联合替硝唑对牙周炎患者髓细胞相关蛋白-8/14(MRP-8/14)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年6月该院收治的牙周炎患者86例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将86例牙周炎患者分为对照组43例及联合组43例。对照组给予替硝唑进行治疗,联合组给予Diode激光联合替硝唑进行治疗,对比两组病情恢复情况。比较两组患者疼痛程度、牙周指数评分;利用T-ScanⅢ7.01数字咬合分析系统进行咬合功能检测,酶联免疫吸附试验检测活性氧(ROS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、MRP-8/14、PGE2水平。对比两组治疗效果。结果与对照组进行比较,治疗后联合组牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)、左右侧咬合力平衡度(BFDB)、MDA、ROS、IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α、MRP-8/14、PGE2水平均降低,以及咬合时间(OT)缩短(P<0.05);SOD、GSH-Px水平及最大咬合力百分比(MABF/MMF)均升高(P<0.05)。结论Diode激光联合替硝唑对牙周炎患者进行治疗后,其治疗效果显著,能够有效减轻患者疼痛程度及炎症反应,咬合功能得到明显改善,牙周指数降低,抑制氧化应激状态,患者MRP-8/14、PGE2水平降低,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the effect of Diode laser combined with tinidazole on the levels of myeloid-associated protein-8/14(MRP-8/14)and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)in patients with periodontitis.Methods A total of 86 patients with periodontitis treated in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected,and 86 patients with periodontitis were divided into control group(43 cases)and combined group(43 cases)by completely random method.The control group was treated with tinidazole,and the combination group was treated with Diode laser combined with tinidazole,and the disease recovery of the two groups was compared.The pain degree and periodontal index score of the patients were evaluated.The occlusal function was tested by T-ScanⅢ7.01 digital occlusal analysis system.Reactive oxygen species(ROS),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),MRP-8/14 and PGE2 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results In comparison with control group,gingival index(GI),gingival groove hemorrhage index(SBI),plaque index(PLI),visual simulation scoring(VAS),left and right bite force balance(BFDB),occlusion time(OT),MDA,ROS,IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-α,MRP-8/14 and PGE2 levels of combined group were reduced(P<0.05).The levels of SOD,GSH-Px,maximum bite force(MABF/MMF)was all increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Diode laser combination with tinidazole for periodontitis patients has significant effect,which can effectively reduce patient pain and inflammation,improve occlusion function,as well as reduce periodontal index,inhibit oxidative stress,and MRP-8/14,PGE2 levels effectively reduced.And it is worthy of promotion.
