摘要
探讨虚拟现实(VR)技术在工业安全应用中的理论分析,以及在化学工业安全领域的应用需求及实践.以化学工厂为原型,建立典型化学工厂的计算机三维仿真模型及周边建筑场景模型;以实体化学工厂可能出现的各种类型安全隐患为脚本,将各种典型安全隐患情景加载设置至已建成的三维仿真模型中;借助VR技术手段,使学员能感知身处于化学工厂三维仿真场景中,在安全的化学工业环境中进行安全隐患排查和模拟演练,进一步激发学员参加安全培训的兴趣,增强学员的安全意识,提升安全作业水平.
We discussed the theoretical analysis of virtual reality(VR)technology in the application of industrial safety,and the application requirements and practice in the field of chemical safety.Taking the chemical plant as the prototype,the three-dimensional computer simulation model of the typical chemical plant and the surrounding architectural scene model were established.Taking various types of potential security risks of physical chemical plants as scripts,various typical security risks were loaded and setted into the built 3D simulation model.With the help of VR technology,the students could feel that they were in the three-dimensional simulation scene of the chemical plant,carry out safety hidden danger investigation and simulation drill in the safe chemical environment,which could further stimulate the students’interest in participating in safety training,enhance their safety awareness,and improve the level of safe operation.
