摘要
增材制造作为一种新型的数字化制造技术,在复杂型腔整体构件的制造中优势显著。针对增材制造技术在航天发动机中的应用研究进行了调研分析,阐述了基于增材制造的航天动力系统结构优化设计、工艺开发、无损检测等方面的应用研究情况。综合来看,增材制造技术极大地推动了航天发动机喷注器、推力室、喷管等产品的整体化、轻量化,应用前景广阔。
As a novel digital manufacturing technology,additive manufacturing possesses significant advantages in the fabrication of complex cavity integral components.The application research of additive manufacturing in aerospace engines is investigated and analyzed,the application research of structure optimization design,process development and nondestructive testing based on additive manufacturing is elaborated.Overall,additive manufacturing technology has greatly promoted the integration and lightweight of aerospace engine injectors,thrust chambers,nozzles and other products and shows broad application prospects.
