基于公共自行车调度的系统布局规划模型研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了寻找公共自行车系统最优布局,将公共自行车系统选址同系统调度结合起来,本文从居民出行需求的发生与吸引量和公共自行车系统外部供给及内部满足等角度出发,分析了有调度存在的情况,每个时段初,租赁点拥有的自行车数等中间变量的影响因素及函数关系,建立有调度的公共自行车系统布局规划模型进行求解,得到最优布局方案使得区域出行时间和调度车辆运输成本最小,并通过算例对模型的可行性进行验证。 In order to find the optimal layout of Public Bicycle System(PBS),the Public Bicycle System location is combined with the scheduling of PBS from the perspective of residents’ travel demand and external supply and internal satisfaction of PBS,and we analyze the affecting factors and the function relationship among the number of bicycles of each rental stations at the beginning of each time and other important intermediate variables with scheduling. A programming model for the layout of Public Bicycle System based on the scheduling is established to make the regional travel time and vehicles transportation cost minimum. The model proposed is verified by an example.
