摘要 2型糖尿病(T2DM)的发病机制与胰岛素抵抗(IR)密切相关,胰岛素主要作用于肝脏、脂肪和骨骼肌,它通过与胰岛素受体结合而激活磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶/蛋白激酶B(PI3K/Akt)信号通路。葡萄糖转运蛋白4(GLUT4)是胰岛素依赖性蛋白,主要负责胰岛素刺激的葡萄糖摄取,同时也是PI3K/Akt信号通路下游的靶蛋白。鉴于PI3K/Akt/GLUT4通路在葡萄糖代谢中的重要调控作用,该文通过检索2006年1月一2022年1月中国知网(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方中华医学会期刊数据库、PubMed等数据库中的相关文献,旨在对近5年中药调节PI3K/Akt/GLUT4信号通路治疗T2DM的研究做一总结,以期为中药防治T2DM提供一定的理论基础。 The pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes is associated with insulin resistance.Insulin activates the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B(PI3K/Akt)signaling pathway by binding to insulin receptors in the liver,fat,and skeletal muscle.Glucose transporter 4(GLUT4)is an insulin-dependent protein that is primarily responsible for insulin-stimulated glucose uptake and a target protein downstream of the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway.In view of the regulatory role of PI3K/Akt/GLUT4 signaling pathway in glucose metabolism,relevant papers published from January 2006 to January 2022 were retrieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,PubMed and other databases.This paper summarized the research progress about the regulation of PI3K/Akt/GLUT4 signaling pathway in type 2 diabetes by Chinese medicine in the past 5 years,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of this disease by Chinese medicine.
