摘要
美国职业篮球联赛的成功,与联盟成长的内外影响因素不无关系。运用文献资料、历史分析、比较分析等方法,从社会组织成长的视角解析美国职业篮球联盟成长的社会环境、政府治理和社会治理构成的外部因素,人力资本、组织管理、社会认可和项目开发构成的内部因素。其对我国CBA联盟成长的启示为,从外部因素看,我国当前的社会环境适合社会组织的成长,政府治理既要通过立法来放权治理,又要充分发挥“举国体制”的优越性配置相关资源,要充分发挥我国职业篮球联盟参与社会治理的功能,树立我国良好的大国形象和规范国民意识。从内部因素看,负责我国职业篮球运行的CBA公司要尽可能把人力资本占比控制在可持续发展范围内,组织管理上尽最大可能地保持“自组织”特征,减少行政干预,将我国传统文化的内涵融入到职业篮球中,增加社会大众认可度;同时加大项目开发能力,增强比赛结果不可预期性的同时通过特色创新来提升我国职业篮球的影响力。
The success of the NBA is not unrelated to the internal and external factors that influence the growth of the NBA.This paper analyzed the external factors of the social environment,government governance and social governance,and the internal factors of human capital,organizational management,social recognition and project development of American professional basketball from the perspective of the growth of social organization by using the methods of lit⁃erature,historical analysis and comparative analysis.Combining with the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics in enlighten as follows,from the ex⁃ternal factors,China's current social environment for social organizations grow very good soil,our government management should pass legislation to decen⁃tralization management,and to give full play to the superiority of“the system”configuration related resources,to give full play to the function of professional basketball in China to participate in social management,establish good country image and standardize the national consciousness.From the internal factors responsible for China's professional basketball running CBA company to control the proportion of human capital,as far as possible,within the scope of the sustainable development,organization and management on as much as possible to keep“self-organization”characteristics,reduce administrative interven⁃tion,the connotation of the traditional culture of China into the professional basketball,increase social recognition of the masses,At the same time,enhance the ability of project development,enhance the unpredictability of competition results and enhance the influence of China's professional basketball through characteristic innovation.
