摘要
为研究营养功能包对缓解奶牛瘤胃酸中毒的作用效果,选择荷斯坦泌乳奶牛50头进行试验,将其随机分为2组,对照组25头,试验组25头,饲喂营养功能包150 g/(头·d),试验期共计28 d。每天统计试验组、对照组干物质采食量,试验第1天、第5天、第10天、第15天、第20天、第25天统计试验组、对照组产奶量。试验第1天、第14天、第28天采集对照组、试验组奶样检测乳脂、乳蛋白含量。试验第1天、第14天、第28天采集对照组、试验组血样,检测脂多糖等指标。结果显示,对亚临床酸中毒牛只饲喂营养功能包150 g/(头·d),可提高奶牛干物质采食量0.34 kg/(头·d),增加产奶量0.72 kg/(头·d),且显著降低血清脂多糖(LPS)及血清淀粉样蛋白A、C反应蛋白含量。试验结果表明,该营养功能包对缓解奶牛亚临床瘤胃酸中毒、恢复采食量与产奶量、降低血清脂多糖含量具有积极作用。
In order to study the effect of nutritional compound product on alleviating rumen acidosis of dairy cows, 50 Holstein lactating dairy cows were randomly divided into 2 groups: 25 dairy cows in control group and 25 dairy cows in experimental group.Control group were fed basal diet, experimental group were fed the basal diet which was added compound product 150 g per head per day.The experiment lasted for 28 days.The dry matter intake(DMI) of experimental group and control group was measured everyday, and milk yield of experimental group and control group was counted on the 1 st, 5 th, 10 th, 15 th, 20 th and 25 th days of the experiment.Milk samples of control group and experimental group were collected on day 1,14 and 28 to detect milk fat and milk protein content.Serum samples of control group and experimental group were collected on the first, 14 th and 28 th days of the experiment to detect lipopolysaccharide and other indexes.The results showed that feeding nutritional function pack 150 g/(head·d) for dairy cows with subacute rumen acidosis could increase dry matter intake by 0.34 kg/(head·d),increase milk yield by 0.72 kg/(head·d),and significantly decrease the content of serum lipopolysaccharide(LPS) and serum amyloid A and C-reactive protein.In conclusion, the compound product had positive effects on alleviating subclinical rumen acidosis, restoring feed intake and milk yield, and reducing serum lipopolysaccharide content of dairy cows.
