摘要
试验旨在研究壳聚糖、枯草芽孢杆菌及其两者联用对蛋鸡生产性能、养分利用率和抗氧化能力的影响。选取360只52周龄产蛋率、体重相近的健康海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加250 mg/kg壳聚糖(壳聚糖组)、250 mg/kg枯草芽孢杆菌(芽孢杆菌组)、250 mg/kg壳聚糖+250 mg/kg枯草芽孢杆菌(联用组)。预试期1周,正试期7周。结果表明:①与对照组相比,壳聚糖组、芽孢杆菌组、联用组的产蛋率分别显著提高了7.53%、7.33%、9.85%(P<0.05),平均蛋重有升高趋势(P=0.061),料蛋比有下降趋势(P=0.096);②与对照组相比,壳聚糖组、芽孢杆菌组、联用组的鸡蛋蛋白高度分别显著提高了12.55%、17.53%、19.22%(P<0.05),哈夫单位分别显著提高了9.41%、11.83%、13.27%(P<0.05);③与对照组相比,壳聚糖组、芽孢杆菌组、联用组养分中的粗蛋白、粗灰分、钙和有机物的利用率均显著提高(P<0.05),且联用组有机物利用率与芽孢杆菌组相比差异显著(P<0.05),壳聚糖组磷的利用率显著提高(P<0.05);④与对照组相比,壳聚糖组、芽孢杆菌组和联用组血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著提高(P<0.05);联用组血清中总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著下降(P<0.05);壳聚糖组和联用组血清总抗氧能力(T-AOC)显著提高(P<0.05)。综上所述,与单独添加壳聚糖、枯草芽孢杆菌相比,壳聚糖和枯草芽孢杆菌联用对蛋鸡产蛋率、养分利用率和血清抗氧化能力的影响效果更佳。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of chitosan and Bacillus subtilis on production performance,nutrient utilization and antioxidant capacity of laying hens.A total of 360 healthy Hailan-brown laying hens with similar lay-ing rate and body weight were randomly dividedinto four groups with six replicates per group and15 hens per replicate.Laying hens in the controlgroup were fed with the basal diet,and others in ex-perimental groups were fed with basal diets supple-mented with 250 mg/kg chitosan(chitosan group),250 mg/kg Bacillus subtilis(bacillus group)and 250 mg/kg chitosan+250 mg/kg Bacillus subtilis(combined group),respectively.Pre-feeding lasted forone week and the experiment lasted for seven weeks.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the con-trol group,the egg production rate was respectively increased by 7.53%(P<0.05),7.33%(P<0.05)and9.85%(P<0.05)in the chitosan group,the Bacillus subtilis group and the combination group;the averageegg weight tended to increase(P=0.061)and the feed/egg ratio tended to decrease(P=0.096).(2)Com-pared with the control group,the thick albumin height was increased by 12.55%(P<0.05),17.53%(P<0.05)and 19.22%(P<0.05)and the haugh unit increased by 9.41%(P<0.05),11.83%(P<0.05)and13.27%(P<0.05)in chitosan group,Bacillus subtilis group and combination group,respectively.(3)Com-pared with the control group,the utilization rates of crude protein,crude ash,calcium and organic matterin chitosan group,Bacillus subtilis group and combination group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the utilization rate of organic matter in combination group was significantly different from that in Bacillus subtilis group(P<0.05),the utilization rate of phosphorus in chitosan group was significantly in-creased(P<0.05).(4)Compared with the control group,the content of GSH-Px in serum was increasedsignificantly in chitosan group,Bacillus subtilis group and combination group(P<0.05);in the combinedgroup,SOD activity in serum was increased significantly(P<0.05)and MDA content was d
