摘要 对基础护理教学与临床实践相脱节的问题及解决策略进行了探讨,论述了基础护理教学的必要性,分析了基础护理教学存在的问题,表现在学生沟通能力较弱、实操经验较少,师资队伍整体水平有待提高,教学模式亟待改进和完善,教学评价方式过于单一。从教材、教学设计和教学环境三方面入手,阐述了基础护理教学与临床实践相脱节的原因。提出了相应的解决策略:重视培养学生软实力,使学生初步了解有关法律法规、掌握一定的沟通技巧;加强师资培训、提高教学水平,组织教师定期进行临床实践,掌握现阶段临床护理专业的最新需求与发展情况,将先进理念和技术融会贯通到教学中;优化教学模式,采取情景教学模式,还原医院病房的真实情况,通过角色扮演的方式融入沟通技巧、护士礼仪等基础知识;增加实训教学比重,实现理论教学与实操训练相结合,使学生能够学以致用;注重综合能力的培养,提升学生在临床实践中面对突发问题的应对能力;优化革新教学评价模式,激发教师提升自身教学水平,实现教学相长,提升基础护理教学质量,为学生开展临床护理工作打下坚实基础。 The study explores the problems of the disconnection of basic nursing teaching and clinical practice,and the strategies;discusses the necessity of basic nursing teaching;analyzes the problems of basic nursing teaching,i.e.weak communication ability of students,little practical experience,and not high overall level of the teaching staff,imperfect teaching mode,and simple teaching evaluation method.From teaching materials,teaching design and teaching environment,the study expounds the causes of the disconnection of basic nursing and clinical practice.Related strategies are proposed,i.e.to pay attention to train students’software ability,make students preliminarily know related laws and regulations,and grasp some techniques;strengthen teaching staff training,improve teaching level,organize teachers to practice regularly,make them grasp the latest demands and development situation of clinical nursing major at present,and make them integrate advanced concept and technology into teaching;optimize teaching mode,adopt situational teaching mode,restore the actual situation of the hospital wards,integrate basic knowledge,such as communication skills and nursing etiquette,through role playing;increase the weight of practical teaching,combine theoretical teaching with practical training,make students to apply their knowledge;pay attention to comprehensive ability training,improve students’coping ability in outbreaks;optimize reform teaching evaluation mode,stimulate teachers to improve their teaching level,make teachers and students learn together,improve the teaching quality of basic nursing,and lay solid foundation for students to develop clinical nursing.
