摘要
随着竞争的日趋激烈以及社会对人才培养质量关注度的日益提高,新工科背景下如何更好地提升人才培养质量成为高等院校亟待解决的主要问题之一。文章基于对当前高校人才培养存在问题进行的分析,结合新工科视阈下社会对工程人才的能力需求以及新工科对高校优质工程人才培养的新要求,主要从“双创”人才培养角度,对新工科背景下的高校优质工程人才培养路径进行了深入探索。文章强调,在新工科背景下,高校应以创新创业竞赛为抓手,在双创竞赛体系完善、优秀指导团队组建、创新实验平台建设、学生创新思维能力培养、学科交叉与跨界融合、“三方协同”人才培养模式深化诸方面努力探索,构建主动学习和创新实践相结合的高校优质工程人才培养模式,培养出适应新时代经济社会高质量发展需求的高素质技能型一流工程人才。
With the increasingly fierce competition and the society pays more and more attention to the quality of talent training,how to better improve the quality of talent training under the background of new engineering has become one of the main problems to be solved by colleges and universities.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the current talent training in colleges and universities,combined with the ability needs of society for engineering talents from the perspective of new engineering and the new requirements of new engineering for the training of high-quality engineering talents in colleges and universities,this paper makes an in-depth exploration on the training path of high-quality engineering talents in colleges and universities under the background of new engineering from the perspective of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”talent training.The article emphasizes that in the context of new engineering,colleges and universities should take innovation and entrepreneurship competition as the starting point,and strive to explore in the improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship competition system,the formation of excellent guidance team,the construction of innovation experiment platform,the cultivation of students′innovative thinking ability,the interdisciplinary and cross-border integration,and the deepening of“tripartite cooperation”talent training mode,so as to build a high-quality engineering talent training mode in colleges and universities combining active learning and innovative practice,and cultivate high-quality and skilled first-class engineering talents to meet the needs of the high quality economic and social development in the era.
