摘要
采用浸渍法将聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)接枝到B型硅胶表面制备PEI改性B型硅胶,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)、傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、热失重(TG)和低温氮气吸脱附等方法对所得复合材料的组成、形貌和结构性能进行研究和表征,还利用动态质量法(DVS)测试其对巴豆醛的吸附性能,以探究其用于吸附卷烟烟气中巴豆醛等羰基化合物的可行性。研究结果表明,PEI成功负载于B型硅胶表面,复合材料孔径分布主要集中在2~10 nm。随着PEI投料量的增加,PEI负载量逐渐增大,复合材料的孔容、比表面积以及最可几孔径逐渐减小,而材料的孔径分布无明显变化。吸附动力学分析和DFT计算表明,巴豆醛在B型硅胶上的吸附能较高,吸附过程主要受扩散控制,其吸附效果有限;经PEI改性后,所需的吸附能显著减小,吸附速率和吸附容量均大大提高,吸附过程主要受化学吸附限制。
A composite silica gel modified by polyethyleneimine(PEI)was prepared by grafting PEI onto the surface of silica gel type B through the impregnation method.The composition,morphology and structure of the as-obtained PEI-modified silica gel type B were characterized by SEM,FT-IR,TG,and low temperature nitrogen adsorption-desorption techniques.In addition,the adsorption performance for crotonic aldehyde was investigated by the DVS method to explore the feasibility of applying this PEI-modified silica gel type B as the adsorbent for carbonyl compounds in cigarette.Results show that PEI is successfully loaded on the surface of silica gel,and the pore size distribution is between 2 and 10 nm.Upon increasing the feeding amount of PEI,the pore volume,specific surface area,and the most probable pore diameter of composite materials decrease gradually,and the pore size distribution remains essentially unchanged.Adsorption kinetics analysis and DFT calculations indicate that the adsorption process of crotonic aldehyde on the PEI-modified silica gel type B is a diffusion-controlled process with a relatively high adsorption energy,and the absorption efficiency is limited.However,the silica gel type B modified by PEI presents remarkably decreased adsorption energy,increased adsorption rate and adsorption capability,and the adsorption process is restricted by the chemical adsorption.
