摘要
目的探讨中药专业数据素养对学术论文撰写及科研能力的中介作用。方法构建结构方程模型,就中药专业数据素养对学术论文撰写及科研能力的中介作用,对吉林省中药科研人员,包括部分高校教师、医师、中药科研机构研究人员进行问卷调查。结果中药专业数据素养作为独立中介,政策支持作为链式中介,可在学术论文撰写能力和科研能力间产生显著正向效应。结论重视中药专业的数据素养培养,辅以政策支持,可促进中药科研人员科研能力和学术论文撰写能力的提升。
Objective To investigate the mediating effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)data literacy on academic paper writing and scientific research ability.Methods A structural equation model(SEM)was constructed to analyze the mediating effect of TCM data literacy on academic paper writing and scientific research ability through a questionnaire survey conducted among TCM researchers(including some teachers in universities,physicians and researchers in TCM research institutions)in Jilin Province.Results TCM data literacy as an independent mediator and policy support as a chain mediator had a significant effect on the relationship between academic paper writing ability and TCM research ability.Conclusion Attaching importance to the cultivation of TCM data literacy of TCM researchers,supplemented by policy support,can promote the scientific research ability and academic paper writing ability of TCM researchers.
