摘要
制造业作为我国国民经济的基础产业,在发展过程中企业财务管理工作方面出现了许多的问题。论文基于业财融合视角分析了制造业财务管理转型升级的重要意义,针对制造业财务管理转型升级中面临的问题,从提高内部人员认知、完善信息共享机制、引进专业化人员指导和完善内控管理制度体系等方面提出对策建议,以期为其他制造业企业进行财务管理转型升级提供借鉴。
Manufacturing industry as the basic industry of China’s national economy, there are many problems in the financial management of enterprises in the process of development. Based on the perspective of business and finance integration, this paper analyzes the significance of the transformation and upgrading of financial management in the manufacturing industry. In view of the problems faced in the transformation and upgrading of financial management in the manufacturing industry, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from improving internal personnel cognition, improving information sharing mechanism, introducing professional personnel guidance and improving internal control management system, so as to provide reference for other manufacturing enterprises to carry out financial management transformation and upgrading.
