摘要
在大众创业、万众创新的社会背景下,一批批科技型的创业公司孕育而生。有些科技型企业的管理者比较重视技术开发,而疏忽了在研发阶段财务风险的识别与把控,给企业未来发展埋下隐患。论文主要就研发项目中所面临的财务风险问题进行阐述,把研发项目开始到结束各个阶段可能面临的一些财务风险进行分析。通过以上分析,企业管理者可以更好地了解研发项目中财务风险如何识别与把控,最终达到将财务风险发生的可能性降低到较低水平的目的。
Under the social background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, a number of technology-based startups have been born.Some managers of scientific and technological enterprises pay more attention to technology development, but neglect the identification and control of financial risks in the research and development stage, which has hidden dangers for the future development of enterprises. This paper mainly expounds the financial risks faced by research and development projects, and analyzes some financial risks that may be faced in each stage from the beginning to the end of the research and development projects. Through the above analysis, enterprise managers can better understand how to identify and control financial risks in research and development projects, and finally achieve the purpose of reducing the possibility of financial risks to a lower level.
