摘要 为研究水泥裹附酸性集料后对沥青混合料性能的影响,借助洛杉矶磨耗试验、高温压碎值试验、高温滚筒跌落试验、粘附性试验,分析不同水灰比CCA集料的表观状况和力学性能,通过马歇尔稳定度试验、高温车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验、低温弯曲试验,测定集料对沥青混合料性能的影响。结果表明:水灰比过大会引起集料裹附水泥壳过厚从而导致磨耗值、压碎值、高温跌落损失值升高,但水泥浆液能够很好地改善酸性集料的粘附性能,综合考虑CCA集料的稳定性和经济性,确定最佳水泥浆水灰比为0.6;与酸性集料-沥青混合料相比,CCA集料-沥青混合料马歇尔稳定度、动稳定度、残留稳定度、冻融劈裂强度比以及劲度模量均得到较大提升,上升幅度分别为85%、130%、54%、52%、24%,其数值与碱性集料相当。表明采用水灰比为0.6的CCA集料配置沥青混合料能够达到与碱性集料相同的性能。 In order to study the effect of acid aggregate coated with cement on the performance of asphalt mixtures, with the help of LA abrasion test, high temperature crushing value test, high temperature roller drop test and adhesion test.The apparent condidtion and mechanical properties of CCA aggregate with different water-cement ratio were analyzed.Through Marshall stability test, high temperature rutting test, immersion Marshall test, freeze-thaw splitting test, and low temperature bending test, the influence of acid aggregate to asphalt mixture was determined.The result shows that: Excessive water-cement ratio will cause the cement shell too thick, and increase the abrasion value, crush value, and high temperature drop value.However, the cement slurry can improve the adhesion performance of acidic aggregates. Considering the stability and economy of CCA aggregate, the best water-cement ratio is determined to be 0.6.Compared with the acid aggregate asphalt mixture, the Marshall stability, dynamic stability, residual stability,freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio and stiffness modulus of CCA asphalt mixture have been greatly improved, and the increase rate are 85%, 130%, 54%, 52%, 24%, respectively, the values are equivalent to those of alkaline aggregates.It shows that the CCA aggregate with the water-cement ratio of 0.6 can achieve the same performance as alkaline aggregate.
