摘要
利用裂解气相色谱/质谱法对涂料基料组成中树脂成分进行定性分析,确定了两种未知样品中树脂的种类。该方法可适用于各类涂料样品分析,避免了傅里叶变换红外光谱法、核磁共振分析等方法需经繁复冗长的分离、提纯步骤方可进行定性测定的不足。该方法具有样品无需前处理、用量少、灵敏度高、谱图直观、分析周期短等优点,对涂料的配方优化有重要意义。
In this study, pyrolysis gas chromatography/mass spectrometry is used to qualitatively analyze the resins in coatings,and the types of resins in two unknown samples are determined. This method can be applied to all kinds of paint samples, and it avoids the deficiency of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) and other methods that need to go through complicated and lengthy separation and purification steps before qualitative determination. This method has the characteristics of no sample pretreatment, less dosage, high sensitivity, intuitive spectrum and short analysis period, it is of great significance to the formulation optimization of coatings.
