摘要
在对高强度铝合金进行开缝衬套冷挤压时,衬套开口方向对冷挤压性能有明显影响。针对冷挤压衬套朝向对冷挤压性能的影响开展试验研究,分析冷挤压损伤原因,进行挤压量分析和力学性能试验。结果表明:衬套平行于L向试件的中值疲劳寿命和疲劳增益的一致性都很好,这为高强度铝合金开缝衬套冷挤压获得了优化的衬套朝向。
When the high-strength aluminum alloy is cold-expanded with split sleeve cold expansion,the sleeve orientation of the bush has a great influence of expansion performance.An experimental study is carried out on the influence of the bush orientation on the cold-expansion performance.The cause for cold damage is analyzed and squeeze amount study and mechanical performance test are carried out.The result shows the specimen with bush orientation parallel to L direction has better median fatigue life and fatigue gain consistency,which achieves an optimized bush orientation of split sleeve cold expansion on high-strength aluminum alloy.
