摘要
讨论了管道/压力容器内部腐蚀速率原位在线检测原理,构建了检测数学模型,并对利用HR电化学原子氢传感器及单片机系统实现上述检测过程的实施方案进行了研究和探讨。仪器可用于对石油精炼厂/含硫油气钻采集输管线等工业结构设备的内部腐蚀情况进行原位检测。
The theory of the online inspection of corrosion rate on the inner walls of pipelines and pressure vessels is discussed. Establishing the mathematical model of inspection, the project was realized by using an HR electrochemical atomic hydrogen sensor and SCM. The instrument can be used for the online inspection of corrosion in some industrial structures, such as those in the petroleum refinery, petroleum pipelines, and etc.
