摘要
目的:探究及分析中风二号联合常规治疗对卒中偏瘫患者步态参数及生活能力的影响。方法:选取2019年2月-2021年10月湖南省直中医医院收治的80例卒中偏瘫患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组进行常规卒中后偏瘫治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用中风二号。比较两组疗效、肌力、步态参数(步幅、步频、步长、步态不对称指数)及生活能力(Barthel指数)。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组肌力、步态参数、Barthel指数评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2、4周,观察组肌力、步态参数、Barthel指数均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中风二号联合常规治疗可显著改善卒中偏瘫患者的步态参数及生活能力,在卒中后偏瘫患者中的应用价值相对较高。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the influence of Apoplexy No.2 combined with routine treatment for gait parameters and life ability of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Method:A total of 80 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to Hunan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to October 2021 were selected,they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment hemiplegia after stroke,and the observation group was treated with Apoplexy No.2 on the basis of the control group.Efficacy,muscle strength,gait parameters (stride length,stride frequency,stride length and gait asymmetry index) and living ability (Barthel index) were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in muscle strength,gait parameters and Barthel index between two groups (P>0.05);2 and 4 weeks of treatment,muscle strength,gait parameters and Barthel index of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The Apoplexy No.2 combined with routine treatment can significantly improve the gait parameters and life ability of patients with hemiplegia after stroke,so its application value in the patients with hemiplegia after stroke is relatively higher.
