长链非编码RNA、miRNA及雌激素受体在子宫内膜异位症中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 子宫内膜异位症(EMs)是临床常见严重危害女性生殖健康的疾病,其病因复杂未明,与肿瘤特性具有类似的细胞学行为是其重要致病因素。目前关于EMs病因学研究表明内分泌因素如类固醇激素和类固醇激素受体、血管生成因子、分子生物因子(细胞因子等)、炎症、遗传因素等改变均可影响其发病。随着基因检测技术的提高,EMs的病因鉴定迎来新的契机和挑战。EMs是雌激素依赖性疾病,越来越多的研究发现长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)、微小RNA(miRNA)、雌激素受体β(ERβ)在子宫内膜异位症发生、发展过程中发挥关键的调节作用,本研究为明确子宫内膜异位症的发病机制及疾病的治疗靶点提供依据。 Endometriosis (EMs) is a common clinical disease that seriously harms female reproductive health,its etiology is complicated and unknown,the cytological behavior of tumor characteristics is considered to be one of its important pathogenic factors.Current research on the etiology of EMs has shown that endocrine factors such as steroid hormones and steroid hormone receptors,angiogenesis factor,molecular biological factors (cytokines,etc),inflammation,genetic factors and other changes can all affect their pathogenesis.With the improvement of gene detection technology,the etiological identification of EMs has ushered in new opportunities and challenges.EMs are estrogen-dependent diseases,more and more studies have found that long non-coding RNA (lncRNA),microRNA (miRNA) and estrogen receptor β (ERβ) play a key role in the occurrence and development of endometriosis.This study provides a basis for clarifying the pathogenesis of endometriosis and the therapeutic target of endometriosis.
