摘要
目的:探究胃泌素释放肽前体(proGRP)、循环免疫复合物(CIC)联合神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)在小细胞肺癌(SCLC)中的检测价值。方法:选择2018年11月-2021年11月佳木斯大学宏大医院收治的80例SCLC(SCLC组)和80例NSCLC(NSCLC组)患者作为研究对象。采用ELISA法检测两组proGRP水平,采用PEG浊度比色法检测两组CIC水平,采用放射免疫法检测两组NSE水平。比较两组三项指标水平,采用受试者工作特征(receiver operator characteristic,ROC)曲线对三种肿瘤标志物诊断SCLC的效能进行检测。结果:SCLC组的proGRP、CIC及NSE水平均高于NSCLC组(P<0.05)。proGRP、CIC、NSE单独检测的ROC曲线位置相差不多,对SCLC诊断均具有较好的敏感度和特异度,三者联合检测AUC均显著大于CIC、NSE,proGRP单独检测,差异均有统计学意义(Z_(CIC)=2.141,P<0.05;Z_(NSE)=2.813,P<0.05;Z_(proGRP)=3.309,P<0.05)。结论:proGRP、CIC及NSE联合检测对SCLC的诊断价值较高,可作为SCLC早期诊断的指标。
Objective:To explore the value of gastrin releasing peptide precursor (proGRP),circulating immune complex (CIC) combined with neuron specific enolase (NSE) in the detection of small cell lung cancer (SCLC).Method:A total of 80 patients with SCLC (SCLC group) and 80 patients with NSCLC (NSCLC group) treated in Hongda Hospital of Jiamusi University from November 2018 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects.The level of proGRP was determined by ELISA,the level of CIC was determined by PEG turbidity colorimetry,and the level of NSE was determined by radioimmunoassay.The levels of three indexes in the two groups were compared,and the receiver operator characteristic (ROC) curve was used to detect the efficacy of three tumor markers in diagnosing SCLC.Result:The levels of proGRP,CIC and NSE in SCLC group were higher than those in NSCLC group (P < 0.05).The ROC curve positions of proGRP,CIC and NSE detected separately had little difference and good sensitivity and specificity for the diagnosis of SCLC.However,the AUC of combined detection of three was greater than those of CIC,NSE and proGRP,the differences were statistically significant (Z_(CIC)=2.141,P<0.05;Z_(NSE)=2.813,P<0.05;Z_(proGRP)=3.309,P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined detection of proGRP,CIC and NSE has high diagnostic value for SCLC and can be used as an index for early diagnosis of SCLC.
