摘要
目的:探究及分析组织乙醛脱氢酶1(ALDH1)及Musashi-1蛋白(Musashi-1)表达与子宫内膜癌疾病分期的关系。方法:选取2016年2月-2018年12月九江市妇幼保健院的86例子宫内膜癌患者为观察组,同时期86例子宫内膜炎患者为对照组。比较两组组织ALDH1及Musashi-1表达情况,比较观察组不同年龄、疾病分期患者组织ALDH1及Musashi-1表达情况,采用Spearman秩相关分析组织ALDH1及Musashi-1表达与子宫内膜癌疾病分期的关系。结果:观察组组织ALDH1及Musashi-1表达均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不同年龄患者组织ALDH1及Musashi-1表达比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组疾病分期较高患者组织ALDH1及Musashi-1表达均高于疾病分期较低患者(P<0.05)。Spearman秩相关分析显示,组织ALDH1及Musashi-1表达均与子宫内膜癌疾病分期呈正相关(rs=0.856、0.823,P<0.05)。结论:子宫内膜癌患者组织ALDH1及Musashi-1均呈高表达状态,且与疾病分期密切相关,因此在子宫内膜癌患者中的检测价值较高。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the relationship between tissue acetaldehyde dehydrogenase-1(ALDH1),Musashi-1 protein(Musashi-1) expression and disease stages of endometrial carcinoma.Method:A total of 86 patients with endometrial carcinoma in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Jiujiang City from February 2016 to December 2018 were chosen as the observation group,86 patients with endometritis at the same time were chosen as the control group.The tissue ALDH1 and Musashi-1 expressions of two groups were compared,and the tissue ALDH1 and Musashi-1 expressions of the observation group with different ages and disease stages were compared,the tissue ALDH1,Musashi-1 expressions and disease stages of endometrial carcinoma were analyzed with Spearman rank correlation analysis.Result:The tissue ALDH1 and Musashi-1 expressions of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The tissue ALDH1 and Musashi-1 expressions of the observation group with different ages of endometrial carcinoma were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05);the tissue ALDH1 and Musashi-1 expressions of the observation group patients with higher disease stages of endometrial carcinoma were significantly higher than those of patients with lower disease stages(P<0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed the tissue ALDH1 and Musashi-1 expressions were positively correlated with disease stages of endometrial carcinoma(rs=0.856,0.823,P<0.05).Conclusion:The tissue ALDH1 and Musashi-1 of patients with endometrial carcinoma are higher expression state,and they are closely related to disease stage,so their detection values in patients with endometrial carcinoma are higher.
