超重力场中煤泥颗粒沉降规律研究

摘要 研发一种新型超重力场煤泥沉降设备,研究了不同的溢流半径、转鼓转速以及入料浓度对微细颗粒煤泥沉降效果的影响。结果表明:在不同转速下转速越高则实际分级粒度越大,沉降粒度越大。在不同入料浓度下入料浓度越高则实际分级粒度越小,沉降粒度越小。溢流半径越大,实际分级粒度越小,沉降粒度越小,微细颗粒的沉降效果越好。 In this study,a new type of slime settling equipment in a hypergravity field was developed.The effects of different overflow radius,drum rotation speed and feed concentration on the settling effect of fine-grained slime were also analyzed.The results show that:under different rotating speeds of the drum,the higher the rotating speed,the larger the actual classification particle size and the larger the sedimentation particle size.Under different feed concentrations,the higher the feed concentration,the smaller the actual classification particle size and the smaller the sedimentation particle size.In addition,the larger the overflow radius,the smaller the actual classification particle size,the smaller the sedimentation particle size,and the better the sedimentation effect of fine particles.
