乡村振兴背景下云南边境民族地区妇女职业教育的困境及破解——以怒江傈僳族自治州为例 被引量:3

摘要 妇女职业教育独特的功能定位与价值取向符合乡村振兴各领域的发展需求,成为乡村振兴的必然逻辑与现实选择。妇女职业教育具有人才培养、谋生养家、服务社会的价值功能。基于乡村振兴背景开展云南边境民族地区妇女职业教育存在一些困境:妇女及家庭的不良境况限制妇女发展空间;妇女职业教育制度不完善影响培训质量;妇女职业教育环境不乐观削弱培训效果。面向未来,应改善妇女家庭境遇,为妇女投身职业培训提供前提条件;健全妇女职业教育制度,为妇女参与职业培训提供制度保障;改善妇女职业教育环境,为妇女参加职业培训营造良好氛围。 Women's vocational education has its unique functional orientation and value orientation in line with the development needs of various fields of rural revitalization,and has become an inevitable logical and realistic choice for rural revitalization.Women's vocational education has the value of cultivating talents,making a living and supporting the family,and serving the society.At present,there are many difficulties in developing women's vocational education in the border areas of Yunnan based on the background of rural revitalization:the poor conditions of women and their families limit women's development space,the imperfect women's vocational education system affects the quality of training,and the unoptimistic women's vocational education environment weakens the training effect.Facing the future,the unfavorable situation of women's families should be alleviated to provide the preconditions for women's participation in training,the vocational education system for women should be improved to provide institutional guarantees for women's participation in training,and the environment for women's vocational education should be improved to providea favorable atmosphere for women's participation in training.
