摘要
高等职业教育要主动承担起培育高层次新型职业农民的重任,无论涉农高职院校还是非涉农高职院校,都应聚焦优势,各尽其能,各展所长,发挥特色,充分发挥人才培养优势、办学功能优势、校企合作优势和教学资源优势。目前,在培育新型职业农民过程中,还存在涉农高职院校数量偏少、非涉农高职院校未能发掘自身优势参与其中等问题。地方高职院校应聚焦优势,构建多层次的新型职业农民培育体系,注重正规与非正规教育相结合的培育形式,注重农业和非农职业技术教育相结合的培育内容等。
Higher vocational education should take the initiative to foster high-level new professional farmers.No matter agriculture-related higher vocational colleges or non-agriculture vocational colleges should focus on their advantages,show their strength,give full play to their characteristics.They also should focus on the strength in talent training,inschool-running functions,inschool-enterprise cooperation and teaching resources.At present,in the process of cultivating new professional farmers,there are still some problems such as insufficient agriculture-related vocational colleges,non-agriculture-related vocational colleges failing to explore their own advantages to participate.Local higher vocational colleges should focus on their advantages,construct a multi-level system of cultivating new professional farmers,pay attention to the cultivation form of combining formal and informal education,and pay attention to the cultivation content of combining agricultural and non-agricultural vocational and technical education.
